Depending upon the needs of your Group and considering your employee benefits budget, different Dental Plans are available. You can choose to offer a traditional plan, where employees can opt to select their own dentist and gain greater flexibility and higher coverage levels for dental work, or an employer can choose to offer a preferred provider plan (PPO), a prevention and minor-restorative plan, or a dental health maintenance organization (DHMO) plan.
